Minoan Lines, taking into consideration the inconvenience caused by the cancellation of the itineraries of Venice Line and for your better service, is trying to simplify the reservation change process by providing the following:

1. A new application is being introduced to you below, for the amendment of existing bookings and issued tickets from cancelled Venice itineraries. The aim is to make new reservations on the new date that each of you has decided.

Should you decide to change your trip in Ancona line, please click on the following link: http://minoan.forth-crs.gr/cancelvenice (Please keep in mind that the first time loading of the page could take a couple of minutes. The web application is compatible with Internet Explorer 9 and Mozilla Firefox) and follow the instructions of the attached manual.

2. In case the amendment is not an option for you, you are kindly advised to contact us via e-mail at venicetrips@minoan.gr, in order to proceed to full refund, if the payment was made with your credit card. Please be kind to state clearly in the heading of the e – mail the reservation code and the trip date.

Otherwise, if you prefer the refund to be made in cash, you are kindly advised to contact Minoan Lines’ General Sales Agents, Central or Port Agencies, providing your tickets from the cancelled Venice itineraries.
